Miguel Suncin

With over two decades of experience, Miguel began as an apprentice under master craftsmen and has since mastered both traditional and modern jewelry-making techniques. Specializing in gemstone setting, intricate soldering, and meticulous polishing, his precision and artistry have earned him accolades such as the IJO Jewelry Design Award. When not perfecting pieces at the bench, Miguel enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family.

Beija Mosqueda

Since joining Monarch in 2021, Beija’s skill has grown rapidly, fueled by advanced training and a passion for design. She excels in in-house casting, hand fabrication, stone setting, and laser engraving, and is an inspiring example of breaking industry stereotypes. A UCF Fine Arts graduate with a background in sculpture, Beija blends artistic vision with technical mastery. Outside of work, she enjoys nature, gardening, and outdoor adventures with her husband.

Ismar Lorenzo

A Cuban-born goldsmith with 16 years of experience, Ismar has spent the last seven years honing his craft at Monarch Jewelry. He specializes in intricate laser welding and precise diamond and gemstone settings under a microscope. Ismar’s story is one of dedication—not only to his craft but also to his family, whom he worked tirelessly to reunite in Florida. Away from the bench, he treasures time with his two young children.

Francisco Sarmiento

Originally from Ecuador and raised in a family of jewelers, Francisco has brought his expertise in detailed jewelry repairs to Orlando for over two decades. His meticulous approach restores cherished items to their original beauty, earning the trust of countless clients. Living in Clermont with his wife, Francisco finds peace in walking, swimming, and relaxing on his patio.

David Sanchez

With a passion for craftsmanship and a dedication to learning, David is developing his skills in the art of jewelry making under the mentorship of experienced professionals. He brings focus, creativity, and a deep respect for traditional techniques, while also embracing modern innovation. Whether working on casting or repair, David sees each project as an opportunity to refine his artistry and grow as a jeweler. His goal is to become a skilled artisan who creates pieces that hold meaning, beauty, and enduring craftsmanship. Outside of the workshop, David finds joy in his faith and cherishes time with his loving family.
