Twenty-eight years.
When you say it that way, it sounds like a long time. And in the jewelry business, a lot can change in 28 years.
Styles change. Trends come back around. Gold goes up and down. Diamonds are cut differently. New technology changes the way jewelry is designed and made.
But some things really haven't changed much at Monarch.
People still walk through our doors carrying some of the most meaningful pieces they own. They still come in nervous before proposing. They still bring us jewelry that belonged to a parent or grandparent and ask, “What can we do with this?”
And we still get just as excited when we get to be part of it.
28 Years in Central Florida
Monarch Jewelry has been family-owned and serving Central Florida for 28 years.
Over those years, we've had the privilege of becoming much more than the place someone visits when they're shopping for a piece of jewelry.
We've watched customers get engaged, choose wedding bands, celebrate anniversaries, welcome children, redesign inherited jewelry and eventually bring the next generation of their family through our doors.
We've repaired pieces that seemed beyond saving. We've taken loose stones and heirloom jewelry and given them an entirely new life. We've helped customers find estate pieces with decades of history already behind them—and create custom pieces whose stories are just beginning.
Those relationships are a huge part of why Monarch is still here 28 years later.
A Lot Has Changed This Year
Our 28th year has been an especially big one.
This August, we officially opened our second Monarch Jewelry location in Oviedo, expanding the family while keeping our longtime Winter Park store right where it has always been.
We've also continued growing our estate and vintage collections, creating custom jewelry, restoring treasured pieces and doing the everyday work that happens behind the scenes with our team of five jewelers.
For us, growth doesn't mean losing the things that made Monarch what it is.
It means getting to do more of them.
Now It's Time to Celebrate
Of course, we couldn't let number 28 pass without celebrating properly.
Our 28th Anniversary Sale is happening September 25–26 at our Winter Park location, with savings of up to 70% off select jewelry.
It's one of our favorite events of the year, and not only because of what's in the showcases.
It's a chance to celebrate another year with the people who helped us get here.
Some of you have been shopping with Monarch for years. Some have trusted us with engagement rings, anniversary gifts, repairs and family jewelry. Others may have discovered us only recently—or haven't visited us yet.
All of you are invited.
Come browse, try on something you probably don't need but suddenly can't stop thinking about, enjoy the celebration and help us mark 28 years of Monarch Jewelry.
Because after 28 years, we still think jewelry should be fun.
And we have a lot to celebrate.
