We thank you for your purchase and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Items purchased from Monarch may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the form of original payment. Refunds on check sales will be refunded 10 business days from the date of sale. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition. All packaging, warranty papers, instruction manuals must be intact. Closeouts, special orders, custom design, and altered items (including ring sizing) are not returnable. Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special order watches. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card. All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.
SPECIAL / CUSTOM ORDERS
Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. All special orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the balance and taxes are due at the time of pick up.
Purchases made at a Monarch store MUST be returned to a Monarch store. These items may NOT be returned by mail to our store.
LAYAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Monarch offers an interest free layaway, with a minimum deposit of 20%. The balance of the layaway is to be paid within the 120 days from the original purchase date. All layaways require a payment every thirty (30) days. Failing to pay the balance at the end of the contracted time will result in a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. A store credit will be issued on any difference after the restocking fee and must be used within one year of the original layaway.
If you purchased your item online, you can return your item to any Monarch store. If there is no store near you, you may return the item by mail.
Returns to the store must include the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit.
The store associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
RETURN BY MAIL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY
1.) If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact us immediately at 407-988-2408 for assistance.
2.) Please read the information on your original packing slip.
3.) Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
4.) If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
5.) All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

1.) Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our store.
2.) You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase
To return an item, please bring item into store or, if by mail, email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Monarch for returns issues within the United States.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
